Cheese Fudge Recipe
 

1 lb. oleo
1 lb. Velveeta
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 cup cocoa
4 lb powdered sugar
2 cups chopped
pecans (optional)

Melt oleo and cheese
in microwave.
Mix well.
Add 1 tbsp. vanilla,
1 cup cocoa,
mix well.
Stir in 4 lbs. pdrd
sugar and mix well.
Stir in chopped
pecans. Press in buttered 9" x 13"
pan
 
Tasting Line Chairmen recommend that 2 extra cups of powdered sugar be added to this recipe.  It will set up firmer and be easier to cut.

One-hundred pounds of cheese were served at this year's tasting line.




 

This year's entertainment was no laughing matter.  A serious line-up of non-stop performances (both days) by fantastic musicians and singers made Centennial Park the place to be.


 




 

This year's parade was full of surprises, entertainment and FUN!

 

 
The Oklahoma Kid performed at the Cheese Festival and taught some youngsters trick roping.

 



 

Rat Race Results
Buddy Jones, Barry Bessinger's step-dad, won the Rat Race in his age category.




 

Main Street was full of fun and games, shopping and FOOD!
